River Valley Country Park

The site is perfect for families with a heated indoor pool which is open from April until October. Children love the outdoor play area which has a zip line, climbing frames and swings and there is even an area dedicated to younger children. River Valley caravan park has a games room for guests to enjoy, which has a pool table and arcade games - perfect for the older kids in your group!

Guests can use the WiFi during their stay and there is a laundry room to use should you need it. A disabled wet room has been built to improve facilities for guests at the park with any additional needs. The quiet caravan park in Cornwall is located close to the many impressive beaches in the area, such as Pentewan Sands which is under two miles away from the site and is a sandy beach with car parking, cafes and toilets.

Places to visit during River Valley holidays

The Lost Gardens of Heligan is a 10-minute drive away from the holiday park and has a range of remarkable gardens and visitors can explore woodland walks while they’re there.

The Shipwreck Treasure Museum is also a minute drive away, or you can catch the bus about a 10-minute walk away from the park. The award-winning museum allows visitors to discover the secrets of the sea and the treasures on display. There are exhibitions and immersive experiences to enjoy and different events are put on throughout the year. Sample the pop-up pizzas and freshly brewed coffee while you’re there.

There are many towns and villages throughout Cornwall that are worth venturing out to during your River Valley holidays. Try a day at Looe or Bodmin and explore everything the towns have to offer!
