These chicken flatbreads are the perfect quick and easy meal for those days when you’re away in a caravan and want something tasty to eat but don’t fancy spending ages in the kitchen – who would when there’s a sea view to make the most of from the decking?

Method
Slice your choice of vegetables and chicken ready to cook. Add two tablespoons of oil to a warm pan and add the chicken.
Once it’s almost cooked, add your seasonings and coat all the chicken before adding the vegetables and doing the same.
Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are soft
Warm the flatbreads in a pan and top with the warm mixture.
Add the dip and enjoy!
You may want to cook some chips or wedges to serve with the flatbreads!
